Angelina turns 38 today, but Brad decided to kick the celebrations off early by taking her out in Paris on Monday evening. The pair had earlier attended the premiere for Brad's new movie World War Z in the French capital and after the screening, Brad whisked Angelina away to Il Vino's Italian restaurant.
They were clearly in a mood to celebrate and didn't even return to their hotel to change before their evening out together. Angelina looked stunning in a black Yves Saint Laurent slim-fitting trouser suit, while her handsome fiancé also opted for an all-black suit.
After dining together, the Hollywood stars moved on to Silencioso's nightclub.
Angelina made her first public appearance since announcing her preventative double mastectomy in London on Sunday. She has been accompanying Brad around Europe as he promotes his new zombie film World War Z.
The beauty made the decision to undergo the operation after discovering she had the BRCA1 gene, which gave her an 87 per cent chance of developing breast cancer.
It was revealed last week that Angelina's aunt Debbie Martin had lost her fight with the disease aged 61.
Angelina was very close to her and Debbie has been described as the 'unsung hero' behind the star's health decisions.
"Debbie urged Angie to have the BRCA1 gene test. It gave Debbie a great sense of peace in her last days, knowing that Angelina had saved herself, and that's a small bit of relief from this heartbreaking situation," a source told British magazine Grazia. "She's naturally devastated over this loss and grieving the loss of an aunt, who, in many ways, was a second mother to her. They talked all the time.
"Now Angelina just wants to do whatever it takes to stick around as long as possible for her own children. She also wants to raise awareness for other men and women."
Angelina's cousin, photographer Francis Bertrand, has spoken out about how the actress and her family have been coping with losing Debbie.
"It's horrible timing as she's just had surgery. It's been hard for her but she has a wonderful family too and they are with her. We are a very close family. We are in constant contact with Angie. She's been upset by this, as we all have. She loved her and they were close," he told the publication.
"Angie had preventative surgery and my aunt would have had it too, had she had the opportunity. Unfortunately, it was too late for her when she discovered it.
"She had her ovaries removed. However, she didn't have the opportunity Angie had to have the breast operation first. We are very aware of taking action towards preventing it. It has devastated our family, so we support what Angie has done, of course."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stepped out looking absolutely fabulous (yet again) for the Berlin premiere of the actor's latest action flick World War Z.
Pitt wore his usual all-black attire while flashing a big grin, while his ladylove contrasted his look with a white, strapless silk Ralph & Russo peplum dress.
Aside from promoting his film, the actor and Angie will be celebrating the actress' 38th birthday while in Germany.
The couple got a head start in Paris last night, when Pitt took Jolie out to wine restaurant Il Vino for a bite to eat.
"They indulged in both red and white wines," a source tells E! News. "They had some cake for dessert. They had a very nice evening and they were very happy. The energy was romantic."
So, what's in store for tonight? "Oh that's private, that's private," Pitt said on the carpet. "You know, something for the global woman, something for the mother, something dirty—always."

The "Inglourious Basterds" star sported an all-black ensemble with a leather jacket while his partner looked gorgeous in a strapless white knee-length dress and matching heels.
Though the red carpet might not be her first choice for a birthday celebration, last night, Brad arranged an intimate dinner in Paris.

'World War Z': Brad Pitt Got Muse To Rock Zombie Apocalypse Actor needed a scary, anthemic For a horror film to really hit home and scare the crap out of the audience, it takes sounds that match the sights in terrifying power, and Brad Pitt took that to heart when he was making "World War Z." The A-lister has a producer credit on the enormous zombie apocalypse flick in addition to starring in it, and on the red-carpet premiere for "World War Z," Pitt told MTV News correspondent Iggy Azalea how Muse fit the bill for the soundtrack.
With "World War Z," in theaters June 21, Pitt wanted to find a song that could be associated with the zombie film like the now iconic "Tubular Bells" is connected to "The Exorcist."
Two years ago, we wanted to find — remember the theme from 'The Exorcist'? It's called 'Tubular Bells,' " Pitt said. "We wanted to find something like that."
While that search began, the English rock band Muse released their most recent album, The 2nd Law, and the whole thing worked out for the best.
"At the same time, these guys were reading the book, unbeknownst to us, and were fans of the book. They wrote the album that's out now, 'The 2nd Law.' On it, we found the song, 'The 2nd Law,' that we thought was exactly what we were looking for for the film," Pitt said. "It just kind of worked out in a nice, kismet kind of way."
The pairing grew into something more than just a featured slot on the soundtrack. As you can check out in the video above, Muse also played an enormous concert at the premiere.

Wyclef Jean believes Angelina Jolie is “one of the greatest human beings” of all time. The actress recently announced she underwent a double mastectomy after learning she was genetically prone to developing breast and ovarian cancer.
Angelina is also a Special Envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Wyclef worked with Angelina and her fiancé Brad Pitt on an aid mission in Haiti for the musician’s charity Yéle Haiti.
Wyclef is in awe over Angelina and thinks the star is a magnificent person.
“Angelina is a very strong woman,” he told America’s OK! magazine. “She represents strength. There’s a lot of women in our world that have to do that, and I always wish her the best.”
Wyclef is convinced Angelina will inspire many future generations.
“Her strength is not just physical - she represents an era where her name will be in history books, and not really for the fact that she’s a great actress, but for the fact that she’s one of the greatest human beings who didn’t just talk it, but she actually acted on things she said from her humanitarian work to her whole health and giving people strength,” he explained.
Wyclef is also a big fan of her soon-to-be-husband Brad.
He is impressed with their loving relationship.
“They understand each other,” Wyclef said. “They’re best friends first.”

Angelina Jolie was literally wearing a token of Brad Pitt's affection at the Berlin premiere of World War Z.
A source exclusively tells E! News that the actress' stunning bracelet, featuring five rows of sparkling white quartz, was a Christmas gift from Pitt in 2011—a present that the architecturally inclined actor helped design along with Jolie's personal jeweler, Robert Procop.
While she may have worn the bauble to more private affairs since, Tuesday marked her first time showing it off in public.

And the romance didn't stop at Jolie's wrist. The diamond earrings she was wearing were also a recent gift from Pitt, designed to match her engagement ring.
Both of Pitt's creations, meanwhile, were based on an original tablet design first used by Jolie when she had a pendant made for her real-life leading man. The tablet has since been a running theme in their presents to one another.
Jolie has since decided to add Pitt's bracelet design to her Style of Jolie jewelry collection, which will be available in September at Y2 jewelry boutiques in China and a few select retail stores in the U.S. The earrings the actress wore to WWZ's Paris premiere were part of her collection, sales from which will benefit her Education Partnership for Children of Conflict foundation.
And we'll be keeping our eyes peeled: We don't have the specifics yet, but another source tells us that Pitt also gave Jolie jewelry for her 38th birthday yesterday.

And a source close to the couple said they were now even more keen to make their family official by tying the knot as soon as possible.
"Angie is keen on a wedding and the kids are clamouring for a marriage and keep asking Brad and Angie when it’s happening, the insider told the MailOnline.

The brood enjoyed some sushi at Japanese eatery Kuchi after Jolie walked the red carpet with Pitt at the German premiere of his film "World War Z" earlier in the day.
Wearing a formfitting black dress, Jolie appeared to be in good spirits as she kept an eye on her kiddies. She stepped back into the spotlight this week after months of seclusion following her preventative double mastectomy.
And speaking of lying low, the Jolie-Pitt children have been in hiding as well. The group looked all grown up, with Maddox towering over his siblings, who have all shot up a few inches since the last time they were photographed.
"We set up our own little post-op recovery that became pretty fun. You make an adventure out of it," Pitt told USA Today of how the kids helped out with their mom's recovery.
